Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable cloud-native systems to support future growth.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into the existing infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure zero downtime and data integrity.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or IT strategy with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of planning and delivering complex technical roadmaps for major organizational transitions.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Experience with predictive analytics and AI integration strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
