Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology and operational strategy aligned with the company's vision for the 2026 horizon, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Advanced AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability, ethical usage, and integration into existing workflows.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current AI/ML technologies (LLMs, NLP) and a strong grasp of future tech trends like Quantum Computing or Edge AI.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and operational plans.
