Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the 2026 Initiative, aligning R&D goals with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Identify emerging technological trends and evaluate their viability for integration into our core product ecosystem.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, from concept ideation to final deployment.
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and industry thought leaders.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale R&D projects or innovation labs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
