Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their viability for integration.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across departments.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal R&D incubator, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with key technology providers and research institutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
