- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the deployment of AI-driven solutions to automate complex workflows and enhance product intelligence.
- R&D Management: Manage a budget for Research and Development, piloting experimental technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, neural interfaces) with potential for commercialization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and external partners.
- Team Growth: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate shifts in the market and pivot strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies ahead of market cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
