Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary AI models, predictive analytics platforms, and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define product vision and technical architecture.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Neural Interfaces) for potential integration and competitive advantage.
- Manage a multi-million dollar R&D budget and secure strategic partnerships with key technology vendors.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Tech industry (AI, SaaS, or Enterprise Software).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
