Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI and advanced robotics integration, specifically targeting the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline for next-gen algorithms and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Manage a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Define KPIs for innovation and measure the impact of new technologies on business growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
