Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap aligning with company mission and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies and disruptive opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 3-5 year strategic windows
- Present future strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline success
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year vision roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in strategy or innovation publications
