Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning R&D initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate future-proof technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Manage the annual innovation budget and secure funding for high-potential experimental projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging quantum technologies.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
