Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for the organization's evolution into 2026.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms, including predictive analytics and generative AI.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Edge AI.
- Mentor and build a world-class team of data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-level technical strategy and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast technological trends and market shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
