Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with a focus on speed and zero errors.
- Document Management: Scan, digitize, and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring files are easily retrievable and properly archived.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of entered data to identify discrepancies and rectify mistakes before they impact business operations.
- Database Maintenance: Monitor data storage systems to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Transcription: Convert audio recordings and handwritten notes into text documents and electronic formats.
- Communication: Assist in resolving data-related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports regarding data volume, entry rates, and system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
