Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries regarding products and services.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to understand best practices in customer service.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
