Responsibilities

- Training Compliance: Attend daily training workshops, complete coursework, and pass assessments to graduate to advanced support levels.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues using provided resources and offer solutions or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- System Entry: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Quality Assurance: Review your own work and that of peers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the training team to help improve our support processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior customer support experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type accurately (40+ WPM).
- Attitude: A patient, friendly, and problem-solving mindset is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays if required.
- Technical: Basic proficiency with computers and navigating web browsers.
