Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for clients, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and support tickets in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring high satisfaction scores and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on common customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required by business volume.
- A valid driver’s license is not required but may be a plus for on-site team meetings.
