Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Learn and demonstrate our proprietary CRM software and sales scripts during training.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve weekly sales and service goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Fort Worth office.
