Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize on-the-job training to learn our products and services and answer client questions accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required if you demonstrate strong potential.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone voice.
- Willingness to learn new software and company-specific systems.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso office location.
