Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities to meet departmental sales targets.
