- Sales Support: Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with local and remote teams in Tucson and Georgia to meet company KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
