As a Weekend Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and relay them to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to downtown Chicago.
