Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand company products and services.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Document customer interactions and update internal records accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and service quality.
