Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize our CRM software to log interactions and update customer accounts accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Learn and adapt to new products and training modules provided during onboarding.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPI targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to undergo paid training and learn new systems quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote hybrid).
