Responsibilities
- Learn & Adapt: Participate in structured training programs to master our products, services, and internal software systems.
- Customer Interaction: Assist incoming customers via phone, email, and live chat, answering inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer feedback and troubleshoot common technical or billing issues under supervision.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions into the CRM database to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior support staff and team leads to refine your skills and learn best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the training team regarding training materials and curriculum effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to help others.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, web browsers, and typing (30+ WPM).
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours and maintain consistent attendance.
- Location: Must reside within the Seattle, WA area or be willing to commute to our downtown office.
