Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing questions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve departmental processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
