Responsibilities
- Interact with incoming customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier support.
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in a detailed and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to answer questions with confidence.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
