Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer records and track interactions accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
