Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and feedback.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required (we train!).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (10-key experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Saturday and Sunday.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
