Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision and business goals.
- Architecture & Innovation: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native systems ready for future growth.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent to foster a culture of excellence.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate technical strategy and ROI.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols are in place to protect data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in executive leadership (CTO/VP Engineering).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and preparing infrastructure for 2026 standards.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience managing large-scale agile development cycles and product lifecycles.
