Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Infrastructure & Security: Oversee cloud architecture, cybersecurity protocols, and scalability solutions to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and manage partnerships with technology vendors and open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP of Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Future-Oriented: Strong passion for emerging trends and the 2026 niche.
