Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the company's transition to autonomous AI agents and immersive metaverse environments by 2026.
- Architect Neural Ecosystems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning models that integrate seamlessly with spatial computing hardware.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into our core data processing pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for synthetic intelligence and sentient software agents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and policy experts to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- System Scaling: Ensure infrastructure can handle exabyte-scale data throughput and low-latency real-time rendering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and emerging tech.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
