Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service concerns efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate speech
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset and resilience
- Must pass background check and drug screening
