Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions to inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management or specialized departments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide consistent service.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) regarding call volume and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software applications quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus.
