Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Assist in the sales and cross-selling of financial products to meet branch targets.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile accounts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential fraud or irregularities and adhere to strict security protocols.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven track record of accuracy.
