Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BANK SECURE Act, AML protocols)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotational shifts
Qualifications
