What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, knowledgeable service at the teller line.
- Process a high volume of financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Handle cash and check handling with strict adherence to security and audit standards.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet branch targets.
- Learn and execute operational procedures for opening and closing the teller line safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be willing to complete the required training program and obtain necessary certifications.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
