Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict security protocols
- Deliver exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and building relationships
- Operate core banking systems including ATMs, cash drawers, and digital platforms
- Adhere to federal regulations (BANK SECrecy Act, anti-money laundering) and bank policies
- Participate in daily branch operations including cash management and balancing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve branch sales goals
- Complete progressive training modules covering banking products and services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong aptitude for numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment assessment
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for potential branch rotations)
