- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and maintaining a clean work area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies to ensure security and safety.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
