Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Open new checking/savings accounts and assist with loan applications
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BANK SECrecy Act, AML)
- Cross-sell bank products based on customer financial needs
- Maintain organized cash drawer and transaction records
- Participate in 4-week paid training program covering banking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic office technology (MS Office, calculators)
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Spanish bilingual required for El Paso market
- Previous retail/banking experience a plus
