Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols (AML, KYC, Reg E)
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation
- Operate branch systems (ATM, core banking software)
- Document transactions and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality)
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends/weekday evenings)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Fingerprints and background check required
- Arizona banking license within 30 days of hire
