Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions accurately, including processing cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Verify the accuracy of all transactions and maintain strict adherence to security and compliance policies.
- Manage and balance the cash drawer daily, ensuring all counts reconcile perfectly.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and resolve account issues efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products, including loans and credit cards.
- Assist the branch manager with administrative tasks and branch operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong fundamental math skills with a high degree of accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
