Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing).
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Open and close bank accounts and assist in sales of banking products.
- Maintain the teller line and lobby area to ensure a professional environment.
- Identify and escalate security risks or suspicious activities.
- Assist in the balancing of cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Learn and adhere to all bank compliance policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for Trainees.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
