Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional client service while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records daily
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist customers with account inquiries and basic problem resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
- Support branch operations as assigned by the Branch Manager
Qualifications
