Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Learn and utilize core banking systems including digital platforms and compliance software
- Assist with new account openings and cross-sell appropriate financial products
