Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawer and maintain daily transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking compliance regulations (BANK SEC Act, AML)
- Operate digital banking platforms and ATMs efficiently
- Participate in weekly training modules to master banking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Pass background check and credit check
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
