Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations and product education
- Operate digital banking platforms including ATMs, online transfers, and mobile check deposits
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Train on advanced fraud detection techniques and security procedures
- Collaborate with personal bankers to resolve complex client inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in finance/business
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 6 licensing exam post-training
- Valid MA driver's license and clean background check
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable for diverse clientele
- Availability for rotating weekends and holidays
