Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily reconciliation records
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and via phone
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop services
- Train on digital banking platforms and self-service technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with communication skills
