Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the bank’s core banking software.
- Maintain accurate records of cash and non-cash transactions throughout the shift.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of bank products, services, and security procedures.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts and credit products.
- Assist in maintaining the branch appearance and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- No prior banking experience is necessary as we provide full training.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
