Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Cash checks and verify the authenticity of documents and signatures with strict attention to detail.
- Operate teller terminals and banking software systems to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records and balance daily cash drawers to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote banking products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
