Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashing checks and deposits.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional guidance on our products and services.
- Operate the cash drawer and balance the teller line at the end of each shift.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products such as debit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the Trainee program.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
