Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and electronic payments.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service to meet or exceed branch targets.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to new and existing clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Follow all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the Trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
