Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and efficiently handle their banking transactions with accuracy and a smile.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with strict adherence to compliance and security protocols.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the maintenance of the lobby environment, ensuring it is welcoming and organized.
- Utilize bank software systems to manage account information and resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet daily sales and service goals.
- Ensure the safety of bank assets and cash on hand at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our trainee program.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
